This book intrigues me because I am a mother of a 13 month old who has just been diagnosed with the following allergies: Dairy, Soy, and nuts (ie: no coconut or almond milk substitutes) She is not gaining weight properly because there are only a few healthy fats to incorporate into her diet and I am exhausted on menu and meal planning.
Thanks!

Your book is intriguing to me because I am looking for ways to make whole, unprocessed foods yummy & fun for me and my family. I am very kitchen challenged (domestically challenged basically) lol, but that's a whole other discussion:) My husband has been gluten free for 3 years. I started gluten free, soy free & a whole bunch of other foods I don't eat since February. I need guidance with making food yummy. I basically eat unprocessed foods, but have a little trouble with that so I end up eating not enough I fear. I basically eat lean protein (no chicken or pork), some fish, some fruits & most veggies & oats. I do eat fat free dairy, but not much. Also since I'm challenged I seem to cook the same things over & over & they're very bland & plain. My hubby is bored to tears, as are the kids. This book would be a most welcome tool to help me in the kitchen and enhance our lives overall. Thank you for sharing your knowledge & expertise:)
